Land plot with the total area of 9 hectares zoned for construction is located near the town of Ramenskoye 35 km from Moscow by Novoryazanskoye shosse.

The land plot features a beautiful lake with a beach. It is planned to build a management facility, a shop, a café and a pharmacy on site. In 300 m there is a private sports club “Saturn” with tennis courts, sauna, spa, solarium, gym, etc. In 500 m, in the village of Popovka, there is also a summer stadium. In the town of Ramenskoye there is a hospital, a college, a kindergarten and a railway station. It is easy to get to the land plot both by car and by public transportation – there are good, all-year roads, bus lines and a railway. The community will have fenced guarded territory with controlled access, 24-hour video monitoring and guest parking.

It is planned to build 99 cottages with the total area from 44,5 to 160 sq. m. Modern technology of light frame construction allows to build robust and long-lasting houses (expected to hold up over 100 years) with modern insulation that helps to save up to 30-50% of energy used for heating or cooling the house. This modern technology allows completing the construction and internal fit-out within 3 to 4 months. General construction, internal and external fit out allw for much customization. The community will be built with eco-friendly materials only. Electricity, gas and water supply, heating and sewage systems will serve the entire community.

Each cottage (or apartment in a cottage) has a land plot with the area of 300 to 1000 sq. m and can be purchased with the off plan house or as a land only. The construction shall be completed in stages over the 2010 and 2011.
