1. Australia (average cost of square meter of property - $2000-$3000).
The most beloved country for Russians is Australia. 9% of economically active population of Russia dreams to move there for a permanent residence. Among the main reasons for moving the Russian citizens name successful social and economic development of the country, high quality of life and, of course, warm climate.
